3. Booking Process

3.2 The customer must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information whenbooking a travel product or service.
3.3 The customer must review and accept the terms and conditions of the supplier before booking any
travel product or service.
3.4 Booked Easy is not responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customer during the booking
process.
4. Payment
4.1 The customer must pay the full amount due for the travel-related product or service at the time of
booking.
4.2 Booked Easy accepts payment through various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and
electronic funds transfer.
4.3 Booked Easy reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received or the payment
method is declined.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 The customer may cancel a booking at any time subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy.
5.2 Booked Easy is not responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by the supplier.
5.3 Booked Easy will refund the customer according to the supplier’s refund policy.
5.4 Booked Easy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the customer cancels a booking outside
of the supplier’s cancellation policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Booked Easy is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services.
6.2 Booked Easy is not responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the supplier.
6.3 Booked Easy is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with
these terms and conditions.
7. Indemnification
7.1 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Booked Easy harmless from any claims, damages, or
expenses arising from the customer’s use of its services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which Booked Easy operates.
8.2 Any dispute arising from the use of Booked Easy’s services shall be resolved by arbitration in
accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Booked Easy operates.
9. Termination
9.1 Booked Easy reserves the right to terminate the customer’s access to its services at any time without
notice.
9.2 The customer may terminate their use of Booked Easy’s services at any time by discontinuing the use
of the services.
